Elivia does not cut corners with the quality and health and safety of its products.

Every day, a team of 35 technicians checks every stage of product processing and the production line. A single objective: to guarantee the health and safety of the products which leave our production lines.
In all our slaughterhouses, independent inspectors and veterinary technicians belonging to the administration ("Direction départementale de la protection des populations" (Regional management of population protection)) systematically inspect every animal and every carcass after slaughter.

Elivia has two laboratories employing 9 laboratory technicians. Every year, more than 100 000 analyses are carried out there. These take place at every stage of processing. To carry out its activity, Elivia has veterinary approvals and an operating authorization. The oval stamp which appears on the products, proves the healthiness of the products. Elivia only markets batches which meet the microbiological quality objectives.
